Professional Development of Teachers
There are about 100 teachers and subject specialists form the hub of the education activity at Bal Mandir Sr. Sec. School. A professional attitude is highly prized at the school. In order to hone skills and keep abreast with the latest in their subject areas, each year many of our teachers attend special workshops and seminars. Our teachers have written text books which have been published by well-known publishers.
Programmes for Teachers are the foundation on which a quality education system rests, the school through its various endeavours, aims at upgrading teachers so as to make them future ready.
The teachers of the school have completed 50 hours training as specified by CBSE in various capacity building and empowerment programmes conducted by CBSE, Diksha and Nishtha.
