Documents Required at the time of Admission

1.     Original Date of Birth Certificate (D.O.B) issued by Municipal Corporation of respective state.

2.     Passport size photographs of parents and child.

3.     Proof of Sibling.

4.     Proof of Alumni.

5.     Aadhaar card of parents and child.

6.     Any one of the other Valid Address Proof-

a)  Ration Card issued in the name of parent. (With child’s name)

b) Voter-ID card (EPIC) of any of the parent.

c)   Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in name of parent or child.

Note: No undertaking regarding the above-mentioned documents will be accepted at the time of submission of registration form. Any discrepancy observed in the registration form and/ or supporting documents submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and cancellation of the registration.
