Documents Required at the time of Admission​

• Date of Birth Certificate (D.O.B) issued by Municipal Corporation of Respective State. 
• Passport size photo of parents & child. 
• Proof of Siblings.
  Proof of Alumni
  Any one of the following as Valid Address Proof
  Ration Card issued in the name of parents. (With Child Name)
  Voter-ID Card of any of the Parent.
  Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water/Passport in the name of parent or child.
  Aadhar Card/UID issued in the name of any parent.

All the attached documents should be self attested.

Note: No undertaking the above mentioned documents will be accepted at the time of submission of Registration Form. Any discrepancy observed in Registration Form and/or supporting documents submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and cancellation of the registration.
